Property Liens

If payments are 60 days past due, we will send a Pre-Lien Notice, providing you with the option to make a minimum payment by a set due date to avoid a lien being placed on your property.

For tenants / renters, an additional certification fee will be charged to your account as we send these notices via certified mail to property owners as well. Once a lien has been placed on a property, they must be addressed and paid with the Lake County
