If payments are 60 days past due, we will send a Pre-Lien Notice, providing you with the option to make a minimum payment by a set due date to avoid a lien being placed on your property.
For tenants/renters, an additional $7.38 will be charged to your account as we send these notices via certified mail to property owners as well.
