at the district's office, which is located at 6251 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410.
This is the District's Regular Monthly Board Meeting, plus other District Business.

Board Member All that area of the M.C.D. which lies North of 61st Avenue and East of Harrison Street, containing approximately 1004 freeholds.
All that area of the M.C.D. lying South of the Grand Trunk R.R. East of a line one-half (1/2) mile East of Taft Street, North of 73rd Avenue, West of Broadway between 73rd Avenue and 68th Place and the Grand Trunk R.R., containing approximately 1108 freeholds.
All that area of the M.C.D. lying West of Madison/Harrison Street and North of the Grand Trunk R.R. and all that area of the M.C.D. lying West of a line one-half (1/2) mile East of Taft Street between 73rd Avenue of the South and the Grand Trunk R.R. of the North, containing approximately 1000 freeholds.
Board Member All that area of the M.C.D. which lies South of 61st Avenue, North of 73rd Avenue, and East of Broadway, and South of 61st Avenue, North of 68th Place, West of Broadway and East of Madison/Harrison Street, containing approximately 1012 freeholds.
All that area of the M.C.D. which lies South of 73rd Avenue and extends to the East, West and South boundaries of the M.C.D., containing approximately 1038 freeholds.

Established in 1963, Merrillville Conservancy District owns, operates, and maintains most of the sanitary sewers in Merrillville, as well as parts of Crown Point, and Hobart.
MCD is a separate entity from the Town of Merrillville that is run by a 5-member board and governed by the State of Indiana.
